Agitation due to Alzheimer's Disease
Symptoms of agitation can include verbal aggression, physical aggression, and restless repetitive behaviors. Agitation can affect up to 80% of people with Alzheimer's Disease and may be come more prevalent as the disease progresses.
The ADVANCE2 study is sponsored by Axsome. It is evaluating the efficacy of AXS-05 (dextromethorphan/bupropion) in reducing agitation symptoms.
