Dementia with Lewy Bodies affects more than 1 million people in the US. There are no FDA approved targeted therapies for DLB yet. The REWIND-LB study is investigating a new oral treatment.

Agitation due to Alzheimer's Disease

The majority of patients with Alzheimer's Disease will eventually developed agitation symptoms which increases the complexity and workload of caregivers. Clinically proven treatments are limited.
